Wester Hailes Edible Estates has released an update on their ongoing work with with Clovenstone Primary School getting the Clovenstone kids out in the garden.
Great day back with Clovie kids today. We made some wonderful calendula oil with our dried petals. We then harvested more fresh petals ready to dry them out for our next batch! We then had a great time digging up our potatoes. Much excitement was had and a huge tub of potatoes excavated by lots of eager helpers. Lots of tired, but happy children away home to make tattie dishes. God work everyone
